ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order of DIY kits, cords and hardware.
Please allow 1-10 business days to process your order of handmade items such as bags and accessories.
Expect an email with your order confirmation and your shipping information (tracking number) when your items are ready to be shipped.
CANADA SHIPPING :
Shipping fees are based on the total weight of your order. All shipments include a tracking number and are sent via Standard Shipping (2-5 business days).
Rates:
- Orders under 1 kg : CA$17
- Orders under 2 kg : CA$20
- Orders under 3 kg : CA$23
We offer free shipping for orders over CA$80 within Canada.
US SHIPPING :
Shipping fees are based on the total weight of your order. All shipments include a tracking number and are sent via Standard Shipping (2-7 business days).
Rates:
- Orders under 1 kg : US$21
- Orders under 2 kg : US$23
- Orders under 3 kg : US$25
We offer free shipping for orders over US$90 within USA.

We collect all customs duties and taxes at checkout for U.S. customers. Since all items are made in Canada, import fees are zero or very minimal under the USMCA agreement.
The price you see at checkout is final, with no additional fees or surprises upon delivery.
European Shipping (Selected Destinations) :
We currently ship from Canada to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Shipping fees are based on the total weight of your order. All shipments include a tracking number and are sent via Standard Shipping (4-10 business days).
Rates :
- Orders under 0.5 kg : CA$32
- Orders under 1 kg : CA$45
- Orders under 1.5 kg : CA$55
- Orders under 2 kg : CA$65
We offer free shipping on orders over €90 for customers within Europe.
For countries that use a different currency, free shipping applies to orders over the equivalent of €90 in your local currency.

We collect all import duties and taxes (including VAT) at checkout for European customers. This ensures transparent pricing — the amount you pay at checkout is final, with no additional fees or surprises upon delivery.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like handmade items and DIY kits. All our macrame bags and accessories are made to order and our DIY kits are prepared and packed to order. Once the order is placed and confirmed by us, it cannot be cancelled.
Due to the customized nature of the item, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are unable to deliver to you or you receive a wrong or faulty item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
