Due to the customized nature of these handmade items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are unable to deliver to you, or you receive a wrong or faulty item.
Orders are shipped from Canada within 1–10 business days.
We currently ship to Canada, the USA, and select European countries including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Switzerland.
For US and European customers, customs duties and taxes are collected at checkout, ensuring transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
